Concluding year 2005…

end of the year, can consider this year is a year full of ups n downs as always. despite there r some really bad moments during this year, fortunately i felt that the nice moments outnumbered the bad ones leaving me to cherish this year in a better memory…
going through this year, i wasn’t really enjoy much the beginning of the year. kind of hectic with lots of work to do both in studies n in club. struggle to survive my grades in studies while suffer lots of internal arguements between club excos. for consolation, luckily my part of work was done just ok enough to be accepted i guess. thx to my sub ordinates in my team (MeiSie, SongThai, HuiMing, SeowSay, LimWei, PuiLing, Crystein, Neo, JianAn)…
the long holiday wasn’t really much of a appreciation. it was my industrial training throughout the holiday n i do it inside my school. the tough part will have to be i was thrown into a project supposed to be done by masters level. but consider me lucky coz at 1st, it was a phd project came in 1st, luckily got cancelled. being alone in the lab, surely kind of boring. still glad that there r still some coursemates who i can hang out with esp during lunch time (most of time will hav to be only ChinShin n KangTheng)…
reaching mid year is the opening of the new semester, things didn’t change much as i m still under training progress. most frens came back alr for their studies except coursemates. get to meet back juniors from club which is quite enjoying. at least there’s something to cheer up with. club highlights would have to be the convo exhibition. despite i didn’t join back the club officially anymore esp for the training, i do try to provide some guide n help if can. sacrifice part of my holiday to help out, i think it’s worthy as i do enjoy the crowd there n meet up some new younger juniors. tiring but happy to do so…
nearing the end of the semester, came lots of surprises. among the highlights would have to be my b’day celebration. it’s an event that i haven’t enjoy for years since i was 10. it’s nice to have such moment esp here in uni life. a big thx to those who make it happened for me (LimWei, JianAn, Neo, SiangMeng, MeiKin, SeowSay, HuiMing, SiowHui, HanNee). but i also wanna thx to my housemates also for being there accidently 
another surprise will be the return of the once "American". one of them will have to be my buddy RokSeng. he’s the guy i hang out with during our primary levels, lookin back at those times surely brings out lots of nice moments. despite a long year lost of contact, a recent meet back was just great. hopefully u r doin fine n do ur best in pursue of ur pilot seat…
the other one is my fren who i know during my secondary level, Emily. we knew each other coz we joined the same society during school days, the St. John Ambulance. her return was a big surprise coz she was back a year alr n only let me know towards end of the year. i would say she’s a diff person now than she is last time but a better person in terms of mature thinking. not to mention she’s gettin beautiful too. hope u will always be happy n keep ur smiling face all da time with the fuss of life…
a month holiday was a rough ride. i went back n forth between ipoh n penang all da time for the sake of my FYP project n my holiday time spend at home with family. during the busy times, i got to slip a short time to go to JB to visit my frens. my 1st time, so it was quite exciting. my housemate provide me all the accomodations n food, so really gotta thank him (Eric) for the hospitatiliy. too bad others couldn’t come…
Christmas celebration was a big event to highlight for myself this year. for the past 2 years, i can’t celebrate it due to certain reason. as this year i m left free with problems, i decided to join a reunion gathering of my buddies during school days. luckily there’s someone to drive me back n forth to ipoh n his effort is well appreciated (KahLoon). a great reunion, meet up some great buddies (Eddy, Chim, KahLoon, SoonTat, Kong, ChugChoong, CheeKhoon, Yileong, Dena) n a credit to my best buddy (Dena) for making it. it’s been awhile meeting u up, hopefully there’s more chance in coming future…
as school reopens till today, it’s busy with all the sorts of studies. haven’t really got chance to come up with plans to celebrate tonight for the coming new year. i wonder if i should join certain event, somehow i felt that i wasn’t meant to celebrate it at all here in penang coz all this years this event wasn’t really special to me at all. nothing to look forward yet, maybe there’s surprise again like previous times. but can it be so many surprises in this year?
no matter how it goes, i glad i make it up to here today. as time goes, i myself know i m a better person as time goes by. so many things to exprience alr n yet so much more to go in future. hopefully it will be a year of more progress to come. good luck everyone!!!
