quite awhile didn’t update any news here coz life was kind of routine as nothing much happened to me recently. but just happened got 1 particular day which is quite interesting so here’s just an update to those who are curious to know…
     throughout the week since last update, life was just about the same. not much happened though. own personal life is too boring while work life is just plain routine with some add in of minor involvement in a project.
     last tuesday, i got myself into trouble when i fell sick. down with heavy flu, can’t even get myself to stop sneezing, in the end have to take MC for wednesday patch. then went 2 days paralyze due to medicine effect, was smart enough i didn’t take any on friday so enter work for 9 hours work to cover patch for someone else.
      yesterday was ISTG dinner for Intel. to be honest, i do have thoughts of MC for that dinner because still stuck with the flu, not yet completely recover. somemore i was spending my whole noon till evening playing DotA at Infinity with Stev and his buddies (worthy sacrifice). but somehow, curiousity make me go ahead and join in to see how it goes.
     ok, so i joined the dinner. as expected, since i’m a contract worker, feel kind of odd joining the event. location was nice, quite majestic but not strategic as i was sitting on top floor missing out the majority of the crowd. but i do get to have a great view during catwalk as i sit just behind the judges. the night was about fashion shows so lots of creativity produced. food? no comment, coz my appetite was not good due to sickness.
     the dinner ended with some few photo shots but the night didn’t ended. suggestion from my team lead, we decided to extend the night at GLO with some OSD colleagues. seriously, i’m surprised to get to know how happenning they can be especially those that i never able to talk to most of time. the night was phenomenal, i believe we have to thank to the alcohol effect as everyone was enjoying the night fully. i started the night dull, but end up the night feeling great (strictly no drugs!!!). i even loss my flu throughout the fun at GLO cheers to those who last throughout the night (Rayner, Sandra, Stephen, Alice, Viji, Alicia), u guys ROCK!!!

    with such enjoyment, came the price to pay. as some of you might have guessed, i’m supposed to work on sunday. with such happening saturday night, sunday morning was a hell to me. normal reaction was supposed to sleep well when returned home. but in the end, i ended up stayed up whole night can’t sleep. couldn’t understand why, the head felt so heavy and tired yet i can’t get it to sleep. so came up to office with this extremely stressed out face. salute to Alice who managed to come work as scheduled but shame on Rayner who came in late to certain curious people who saw me today, my injury on my lips is due to health reason, not because of any incident during the hangout at GLO!!!
     1 night story can drag up to here. and stil, i’m here in office with this semi-conscious look end up my dinner time writing blog here coz it’s some of the things that can keep me wake up. now, i’m going to end here for now and see what will happen to me next…

     hmm, feels like missing those hangout moments at Y2K back hometown… :]
