this is the month i m roller-coasting around.

     reasons can vary alot. to begin with, i didn’t get the TL position. somehow i do found the good points though because i know why i can’t take the role yet. yup, i m dedicated to many other things besides my job role actually. i guess i don’t have the space to fill in another role. besides, i fear my job cause me even more less time returning home. n yes, i do miss my family n i want to spent more time with them. so congratz to our new TL!!! ;P

     work environment was kind of frustrating at times, but things do improve though. while the work getting sux because of more workload and schedules r getting screwed despite no improvements to our indicators (but it screwed my indicator), the social life is getting more lively. as i said previously, i get to know more new friends and things improved with more ppl to talk with. not to mention during the process, i gain much popularity thanks to rumours/gossips…

     speaking of work, there is 1 thing i must mentioned, which is the much awaited TMG/LL Teambuilding. i asked most of seniors around, they never able to get a teambuilding among BBs and CWs. but it’s different this time. i would say i m lucky enough to be on board on the right team at the right time. well, the location was at SP and no surprise, i didn’t know the existance of a water park called The Carnival. despite the place was small compared to other well known water parks, important thing is we have the whole team come along. i would say it’s the best i’ve enjoyed so far. look out for pictures as it will explain more…

     back to current time, this is a hell week due to working days. i m expected to work straight 11 days, my only console is that all will be 8 hours, not 12 hours. carrying flu throughout the week, i think i m going to use it to break at least 1 day MC, just matter of time. hehe…

     yah, i crap enough for now. another day to go again, off…
