Being into the new working environment, it sure is a tough challenge in any way that you can think of…

     It has been 2 weeks already since I joined my new working place in Osram. While I am glad that I finally got the change that I wanted, it is tough to adapt to the changes around me. Workplace, worktime, workscope, all are different from what I’ve been experiencing previously. Probably the toughest one is the workscope which is totally different from things that I do usually. Applying management skills in a technical department is an uphill task for me.

     Actually lots of stories to tell regarding the workplace itself but will be hard to list it out here. To sum up, it is quite a boring place to work, but with new friends and colleagues there, it does enlighten up the environment. Possibly my personal favourite is that I finally have my normal working hours rather than work on shifts.

     Speaking of normal life, at the moment I’ve been enjoying the best of having my actual off on weekends fully. Nowadays my weekends are totally great with or without plans So far although only have simple outings, but it was more than good enough. Look forward to more activities, I hope
     Time really flies, and things are going on a faster pace as we are reaching end of the year. I am supposed to have more time to write stuffs here, but tend to watch more shows nowadays thanks to lots of movies and series. Well, I will always keep my pace here too to update my blog here.
