Quite awhile away from here, noticed that I was not updating much here despite I have lots of stories to talk about myself. Well, i’ll split it up this time in order to get you guys read easier or choose which to read…
     This post is to catch up of things that I’ve left out since the 11 days off for Christmas holiday. A week before Christmas, actually I had a gathering together with my so-called-ex-colleagues (Alice, Alva, BengHooi, Darek, Eugene, Gooi, Julius, Nicole,  Sabrina, SaiYik, Soo) for a celebration togather plus also celebrating Nicole’s birthday at TGIF Queensbay. Throughout the night, possibly I can recall the most that I ate ALOT (finished my own set course meal, help finished Alice + Alva’s dessert, had Budweiser). Since it’s pre-Christmas celebration, so we have gift exchange there. I got myself a red wine (courtesy from Julius ) and of course, we also have the classy TGIF style of celebrating Nicole’s birthday…
     Christmas eve, I only have a simple celebration together with some colleagues (Julius, YinYi, WeiLoon, Ang) went for steamboat dinner in Penang town area. The crowd was definitely large at that place although our table only have five of us, but it was still fun especially with WeiLoon and Ang joining in (new colleagues in Osram). The dinner didn’t last throughout the night, only till 10pm as we all went back home early to avoid crazy traffic during midnight itself…

     On Christmas day itself. nothing much to say at all as I went back to my hometown Ipoh in the morning. Once reached home, can say I didn’t do anything also except getting haircut + color on the following day. Most of the time, I was just at home taking my rest awaiting the next plan, which is the trip to KL on Saturday. Unfortunately, my plan slightly backfired as almost all my hometown friends came back to Ipoh on the same day that I went to KL. Sorry guys, perhaps CNY is the better timing…
     As per mentioned in previous post, the main reason I went to KL is to meet back with my sister who is coming back from US for holiday together with her boyfriend Charlie. As they were only will be arriving on Monday, thus I have the two days to meet up with some of the friends that I missed out previously. On that Saturday itself, I meet back HuiLee (I owe her this visit for 5 years already!) in which we meet up in Sunway Pyramid. Looking at her, she is really doing very well although doing the same job since graduate. We had our lunch at Waffle Shop (forgot actual name, but main dish is waffle), have some good chatting and even abit of shopping from myself (she said that I should not go back home empty handed, but she herself didn’t buy anything in the end)
     Our meet up lasted till around 5pm with HuiLee fetched me back home (thank you!) as both of us have other plans later in the day especially herself. My day continued with a dinner togther with my brother in a local food court in Puchong. I was supposed to meet with SayWei together with some friends in The Curve. But the plan got cancelled, thus end up just a normal meet up outing leaving only me and SayWei. We went to “Wings Cafe” (food + live music performance), and chat throughout the night till late night. Come to think about it, I noticed that it’s been awhile since I managed to actually really talk to SayWei like that. Really need to keep in touch much more often, brother!!!
     On Sunday, actually I do not have any particular plans. It end up I meet back with Sinyi who fetch me go to “1U” (I didn’t expect to see her back because she is supposed to be still at her hometown). As I never been there before, so it’s quite refreshing to go shopping there, having lunch at Pasta Zanmai (not sure the name, but should be roughly like that) eating Japanese pasta? And yes, I bought something there also but at least this I am not alone buying . Shopping there is kind of tired also, possibly because I am carrying extra bag for people lo, hahaha…
     After Sinyi fetched me back home, I joined my brother for a steamboat dinner together with our cousin GheeSeong and his girlfriend who is also in Puchong. Throughout the night, much stories to hear from both my brother and cousin as I barely keep in touch with this cousin (but I got keep in touch with one of his younger brother which makes him feel weird ). That night discussion really gave me alot of inputs and opinions on my future plans, which now seems to be more confident for me to move on once the timing is right…
     After the dinner, both my brother and myself went back straight home. After watched a TV series (Kyle XY), we went to sleep as both of us have an early next day itself which is the highlight of the day. Because the length is really long, I have to split the post. If you are interested to know this part of the story, read the next post that I will be posting shortly…
